No. Full stop. Transforming Pages is built on the belief that every woman is creative — not because of talent, but because she is made in the image of a Creator God. Many of the women who get the most from this community and from The Creative Pause describe themselves as completely non-creative. The page doesn't require talent. It requires willingness.

Yes. Transforming Pages is explicitly faith-based and rooted in Christian Scripture. It is designed for women who have a Christian faith or are genuinely exploring one. The content references Scripture throughout and God's Word is central to everything we do.

Very little. A journal or notebook and a pen are the minimum. Optional extras include watercolour paints, coloured pencils, washi tape and a few brushes — nothing expensive. A full supplies list is included with the course, with suggestions at different price points. You can start with what you already have.

Each session video is approximately 20–30 minutes. Time on the page varies — most women set aside 45–60 minutes per session. The course is completely self-paced with no deadlines, so you can go faster, slower or take breaks whenever life calls you away.

Yes. Once you enrol in The Creative Pause, the course materials are yours to keep and return to whenever you need them — including all future updates to the course.
